ISABEL URBINA

Born and residing in San Francisco, Isabel Urbina is an artist of Latin-American heritage. She received a BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute. Her art has been displayed in group exhibitions in the Bay Area at such places as the Diego Rivera Gallery and Galeria De La Raza. Isabel has shown at Washington Square Gallery and is currently represented by the Togonon Gallery. Next to painting, she is devoted to working with children at the Grattan After School Program where she co-directs. Isabel enjoys connecting with people and creating a dialogue about social and psychological issues through her paintings and drawings.
